Thanks Eric :thumbsup: pap I got my header wrap here https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p...2-P?navigationPath=L1*14932|L2*14983|L3*15320 if you do a search there they have other colors, the tan was in stock at my store :thumbsup: I like the 1" its easier to work with, give your self a lot of extra :thumbsup: Following the directions it called for 120" and I came up 4 feet short but that could have just been me :doah:

As a fellow Thunderbolt owner, I have really enjoyed watching your build. I really like the extended swing arm, rear tire and all over all makeover. Very nice!
 
The bike does look like it will work really well on dirt. I see it has a front brake, which seems like a big advantage over typical minis. Not to mention the nice big nobbies. Nice bike!
