3" Swing arm stretch & a few other mods.
Lowered shock mounts on frame & finished up fork neck support.

I'll still have to weld some tabs for shocks on swing arm. I'll have to mock up first.
Next foot peg mod. & position rear fender for stretched swing arm. Its no much but I'm glad to get a few things knocked out...

Woo hoo, I finally finished up the aluminum
Hubs. Now I need to get a front brake disc
1 1/4" larger than the stock disc.
I'm very close to final mock up...

Well I'm digging this old thread out of the arcives, sheesh! I've had a little time lately
& I'm closing in on the last mods. & mock up.
3" extension on the swingarm.
Added a gusset to the fork stop.
3/4" jackshaft, using 420 chain. Backed up & lowered foot pegs
I'm using the old school meat grinder pegs.
Got rid of the sloppy eyebolts. & made some rear axle adjusters 5/8" spacer & stainless threaded rod. Also fabed up tank mounts
I need to get this rolling on aired up tires, so I can get kickstand installed. The last of the welding, then I can some color on this thing!
Still a lot to do!!! 20200401_130552.jpg 20200401_130425.jpg 20200401_130510.jpg 20200401_130208.jpg 20200401_130237.jpg 20200401_130117.jpg

All disasembled, dialed in all the final details on this final! mock up. Kick stand complete, my last weld on. I'm adding a engine adjuster, using 7/8"
Square bar. Installed under engine plate W/the two front engine bolts ran through the bar & one bolt to agjust.....
I have to finish up the adjuster bar & cut, drill & tap peg standoffs.
I look forward to getting frame painted
Also got a seat ordered, from Karen Krause

That's looking good Mark !

I like your paint booth, and have been wondering how to paint in the garage, without getting it everywhere.

Keep up the good work.
