Pictures or ideas for chain tensioner on TAV installed doodlebug

Can anyone share their pictures of tensioners. I have a doodlebug with torque converter. Can move the motor back and forth but that’s annoying. Thanks guys

You can see the setup I have on my CT200U in the attached pic. Something like that would work on a DB. It will require welding/fabbing up a mount though. It works well enough.

We used one of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013LHVC8C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If you buy some good quality chain you shouldn't have to worry about moving the engine much. I really like the RLV Basic chain and have hardly any issues with it stretching. I run it on my DB and haven't had to adjust anything since installing it. Cheap Chinese chain stretches like a motherfucker.

thank you very much. I appreciate it. I will see if I can fabricate something. Always liked the spring tensioner just because it’s less to worry about. I will look into better quality chain. Thanks again
