does this replace the valve on the bottom of the tank or the one up by the outlet?
Goes in the bottom and the cable hangs up on the side. A little pull and the pintle lifts off the seat and expels air/moisture. Do it every time you turn the compressor on and there is never enough moisture to actually need to catch it. An old baking pan with some kitty liter can be left under it to catch the dribble.

Great idea, but what catches the cloud of kitty litter?
