Handle bars look like Norseman bars.Made by Rocco products in Minneapolis. They also made go karts, quarter midgets, scooters, 3 wheelers, as well as mini bikes. One of their brochures is posted on www.usscootermuseum.com under "Clippings". Also a flyer under "Information Wanted".
Its a Glenco "Little Gen" made in Ft Wayne, IN. I bought one new in about 1965 when I was 13 years old. The swivel plate foot control worked both the throttle and the band brake. I converted the throttle to twist grip.
I loved that mini-bite, wish I still had it.
