In 1973, at age 11, I was the first motocross factory rider for the Speedway Motorcycle Co. in Manfield OH. I raced factory bikes in the AMA Mini Nationals from 1973 to 1975,
finishing National #3 in the 75cc Class. The Speedway bikes had Fuji motors and were fast with decent handling.
I also raced a Speedway 100cc with Fuji motor, finishing
National #8.
