    It looks like a bicycle generator light kit. Look closely and you can see the tire driven generator by the tail light.

    I just picked up a Dave Gratton Hound Dog????

    I have a copy of an ad from Feb 1969 Mini Bike Guide. It listed for $229.50. The ad doesn't have front springs or that other addition to the fork. I have no way to scan the ad and post it.
