The bike has a number of mods already which affect its value to the purist: incorrect wheels, incorrect engine, incorrect seat and like Cap said interesting rear axle mounts. Do these make the bike worthless? no . The bike may function well, they just reduce the value to a collector.

This model was always in the lower end of the lineup. Its value is is determined by what you plan for it. Rider or restoration?

We don't give values here. Sorry! However, I can say that Bird bikes are on the bottom rung when it comes to collectors and usually come with a smaller price tag.

If you like it and can live with the price, then buy it. If you like the way it rides, then fix it up and ride the hell out of it
