Please help me ID

Hello all, can anyone I'D this bike? The sticker on the handle bar says THE CAT. Does anyone know the model name and production year? The fenders were painted white and appear to be original. Most Dominator and Hustler's I've seen have chrome fenders. Are the stripes on the fenders original to this model or just an add on by someone else? Is this bike rare or just run of the mill? I have yet to find any serial numbers aside from the bottom of the gas tank.I know the Briggs engine is incorrect and the bars have THE CAT sticker, but that's about it. Thanks for the help!

Pretty sure that's the Stars and Stripes version of the Duster sold through JC Penny's. @derekbmn has one on here is you search his photos...

Red white and blue cat version. Rare. Not sure what version specifically you have but the one in the middle shares the same fender decals.
