OK, so we were not feeling the love with the new header. We ended up doing a little grind and weld and now she's nice and straight, down low and still makes that beautiful music! Had to twist it a bit, then rotate it: Now it's down lower and in the middle - keeps the seat from getting...

Sounds like return spring issue or you need to redo the stack of washers so the throttle floats freely. Pictures.... Yes, the beast can get away from you with the 6.5 clone!

My suggestion. A simple, FREE, little program called CutePDF writer. You install it like a printer (easier actually) then when you want a file that's easy to send, print, store you just "print" to the CutePDF printer, it asks for a file name and then you have a nice, ready to go .pdf file...
