Been searching tons of sites, There are not a lot of options out there that is for sure. Thats a great idea, I have a bike shop close by. Hell I could even try to use a bike brake lever, just have to get it to fit my 1" bar.

Im in need of a brake cable with the conduit at least 65" long and the cable about 70". Longer is fine as long as I can cut it down. Does anyone know of a place to buy these longer cables?

I need a throttle plate that bolts on the cover and all linkages including the governor linkages. This stuff will be mounted on a Tec H70. Not sure if they are specific, This is all that Im missing to get my minibike going. Thanks

I plan on keeping the governor hooked up. Well that is if I can find some linkages to buy somewhere. When I got my motor it wasnt on there. Thanks for your input as well for the ratio.

Those are what I have for the clutch and wheel sprocket, but do I use 12tooth jackshaft sprockets also then?

My setup is as follows. H70, 12 tooth clutch and 43 tooth or 60 tooth rear sprocket. Im looking for higher top end but dont want it to doggy off the line and take forever to get to that top speed. I dont have a jackshaft as of yet, so Im open to what ever gearing options. Can you guys help me...

Thank you or the valve lash. As for the timing, there is a adjustment for that on these? Damn, this just keeps growing.. That could be a problem also. So do you have the info for that to LOL.

I have not had any time to work on this so far, but it is my intentions to do so this weekend. I do however want to check the valves this weekend also. How much lash should I have on each valve?

Ok, here is what i tried. Adjusted the carb, and was very close to the stock settings. I wasn't able to get gas thru the spark plug hole since it was so close to the tank. But I did spray starting fluid into the carb and it pops right off. How do you adjust the valve lash? They are sold push...

Curious, are you talking like lapping in the valves etc? Or adjusting the valves? My fly wheel key is in good shape, so I dont believe that is a problem at all.

I honestly cant answer that. I did inspect it prior to installing it. It all appeared to be in good condition with no visible excess wear anyplace. Once its started it runs great and purrs. I perhaps just have some carb adjustments out of whack but doubt it since they are so simple! What is...
