I am not really equiped so I took a 7" wide trailer fender, I splitted it in half and welded a 5'' wide steel band between both piece. Some grinding and leveling is needed but nothing impossible !

Yes there is one between the exaust and the rear rack. I am now working on a new metal front fender. I still have to reshape the front and rear of it . here is more pics:

Still working on it! Yesterday I removed the governor from the Honda clone engine, today I modifified and relocated the air filter , presently working to connect a direct trottle and next will put it all together. Some pictures will follow soon ! :smile:

It is now gone for a complete sandblasting and priming job. Just bought a like new seat from a kawazaki vulcan ( Harley clone) for it . I am sure it will look awsome on it once fitted !

Thanks ! I am from a small town between Ottawa Ontario and Montreal Quebec. I made one of those several years back from an old street bike but I think this one will be much nicer. I hope anyway !
