I haven't learned anything new about the bike. I did learn that the wheels are gopros. I do not know much more about it at this time. I do think its an original set up because the wheels match. the pully on the engine is a dual belt pulley

what is the spacing between the mounting bolts?

So I have this engine and I have been tinkering with it. It has a HL189A tillotson carb. Allegedly this engine is a 6.4 hp off of a 69 snopony. Does anybody know anything about these motors? I have a carb rebuild kit coming in the mail. Are these Carbs gravity fed?
