    El Tigre Jim H is right the El Tigre was chrome. Penneys also had a blue entry level bike, and the golden pinto. I had an JC Penney F/X. It was black 3 1/2 tecumseh with a small rake on the front forks. Anyone know anything about the F/X?

    jc penney mini bike f/x Has anyone heard of a JC Penney mini bike model F/X. It was black with a techumseh 3 1/2 hp motor. My dad worked at a JC Penney store and bought one for me at christmas 69 or 70. What do you know about the manufacturer?
