You should also add a better mount bushing, use a piece of old serpentine belt on nice thick piece of rubber. This will help with the terrible engine vibration these things make. Its also a good idea to check your nuts and bolts often. They seem to shake things loose.
Spend the money for a good bike. The cheap cruiser from walmart (Schwinn Delmar) I did, required a little fabrication, but the thing wont hold up.Your better off finding a good older bike that's made better. I have done 3 and the 1970 Schwinn is much better than the brand new schwinns from...

Spray and then use IMPACT HAMMER.works real well.also you can heat em up and use the impact hammer.They have a cheap one at HF.Hit it real solid.:hammer:
