OK guys,this is a Bird I built about 8 or 9 years ago. I am in need of forks,or even dimensions would work(I can build them myself.) Here are some pix. This one originally had a Mc 49,but I installed a 6.03 Mc chainsaw engine,it did come to life then!

Noise is an issue...........a '60s kart engine with an exhaust like this one is LOUD. But I would agree,the advantage is high rpm.(The power comes on rather strong after 4500rpm). regards,Joel

Just finished this one a couple of days ago. McCulloch kart engine(Mac 9) jackshaft mounts added,rear scrub brake,wrong rear sprocket,but correct wheels. Small 1 qt gas tank,thin seat with pleats. Guess I'll hang it in the garage,too old to be pissing off the neighbors and going to jail...
