    3d Motorsport manual clutch

Has anyone one purchased one of these yet? Looks like a serious upgrade from the old dbr 1 clutch and was wondering if it would be worth it to shell out $230. I would like to know everything you have encountered whether it be good or bad. The link is here Manual Clutches for Go karts and Mini...

    Doodlebug Torque Converter Build

Although it does not leave much room left on the crank the entire assembly and keyway still have sufficient grab. I have been riding it for a month with no issues what so ever. Hard starts, wheelies, hills. I weigh 260 so I think you will be fine.

    $50 doodlebug

Picked up a doodle last night for 50$ missing only a chain and throttle cable. For this build I'm thinking of a honda clone swap with a torque converter. Should be fun having a race bike as well as an off roader! Stay tuned for more info. Any advice in the TAV install is greatly appreciated!

    Blowby after second rebuild

I believe both motors have a bore/stroke of 68/54 mm. That being said, I believe the block is good old fashioned worn out and has "coned out" at the bottom of the stroke. I appreciate everyone input and in no way meant to cause an arguement. All is well. Happy new year.

    Blowby after second rebuild

I'm tempted to go ahead and just buy a new block. The piston I have is a standard t3 honda flat top, so would this be the corresponding block I need?Block, GX200 : Aftermarket Replacement (Chinese). Also, is there a limit to the number of times the arc rod bolts can be torqued and undone? The...
