For sale is a highly modified baja doodlebug minibike. These bikes originally come with a 2.8 horsepower engine. I replaced this with a 6.5hp honda clone and have done the following modifications to the engine:
Governor removed and all holes permanently sealed
Arc billet connecting rod 0.020"...
Has anyone one purchased one of these yet? Looks like a serious upgrade from the old dbr 1 clutch and was wondering if it would be worth it to shell out $230. I would like to know everything you have encountered whether it be good or bad. The link is here Manual Clutches for Go karts and Mini...
Although it does not leave much room left on the crank the entire assembly and keyway still have sufficient grab. I have been riding it for a month with no issues what so ever. Hard starts, wheelies, hills. I weigh 260 so I think you will be fine.

Thank you all for the quick replies and solid advice. The next free day I get I will pull the motor and check the gap to see if that's causing my smoking issue.
I'm tempted to go ahead and just buy a new block. The piston I have is a standard t3 honda flat top, so would this be the corresponding block I need?Block, GX200 : Aftermarket Replacement (Chinese). Also, is there a limit to the number of times the arc rod bolts can be torqued and undone? The...
