So it appears they mount from the underside and the tabs hook front to back as if you were sitting on the bike . Now my best guess would be to hook one tang then try to compress with a pair of vise grips. Ive never tried it myself but those are my thoughts. Hope this helps mchadsey1

Thankyou for the info. I recieved it in a lot of parts mostly rupp and didnt know exactly what it fit.
