Thank you everyone for the comments. I had the forks strapped to a metal bench with a floor jack and 2x6 on the fork leg. Used propane to heat it up while I jacked it up. Lifted the bench so I sat on the bench and it still lifted up and the tubes didn't budge. I do have a tabletop h press but...
Finally finished my Wren. Used a craftsman 3hp edger motor, moved the tank to the front, and elbow for rear exhaust. Generic seat, paint and some stickers to finish it off.
Problem is I'm unaware of another show like this in socal. Hopefully something new will take its place. I really liked displaying mine, seeing great minis and talking with people about the hobby
