Thanks for the replies. I wasn’t sure since no one lists any dimensions or measurements. Most of them just listed as “MB200”. Didn’t know if that meant Massimo or Baja Warrior. Sounds like the Massimo application will work.
I have an older Baja Warrior that needs a chain guard. I can’t seem to find a definitive answer on which aftermarket one will bolt on. Any help would be appreciated.
This is for sale locally, advertised as a 1978 Heald Three Wheeler. Don’t know much about these. Is it supposed to have a box? Is it cobbled? Is it worth restoring? They are asking $800
That’s kinda the direction I am leaning, going to 5 inch wheels if possible since 4 inch seems really limited. If anyone could recommend a wheel assembly that would work. I looked at OldMiniBikes Warehouse but not quite sure what would work with the setup I have. It is an old Manco 250.
I have never messed with one this old. I don’t know if the wheel assembly is original or something that has been cobbled. I don’t want to invest much more time in it if replacing the sprocket won’t help. The whole system seems flawed.
I have rebuilt an old mini bike with 4 inch wheels. Concerning the back wheel the rear sprocket is out of round and as a result it keeps throwing the chain. I have tried in vain to true it up but can’t get the wobble out of it no matter what I try. It looks like the previous owner had the same...
The original vented it into the carb which I replaced. My other H35 just has a 45 degree elbow directing it downward. I’ll probably just cobble something to keep it from venting onto the gas tank.
I never imagined I would be having difficulty finding an OEM muffler for this common engine .Like you said I had two so far that were supposed to fit the H35 and the bolt spacing was off. I found a NOS on the web for $54:oops: No thanks...
The mini bike I am working on has an H35 that needs a muffler. I bought one I thought would work but the bolt spacing was off. I need a round one like the one in the photo with 1 1/4 inch bolt spacing that won’t interfere with the gas tank. I see some similar round ones but they don’t give any...
I’ll give it a try but I don’t think it holds air.
Well, I got them apart. Are these worth salvaging? They ate a bit crusty and the bearings need replacement. I don’t see a stamped part number on the bearings so not sure which ones.
Thanks guys. I guess I knew in my heart what the right answer was. If I am going to continue in this hobby I may as well do it right. I just ordered a 3/8 drive Lexivon.
I am replacing the head gasket on a H35. I am sure there are torque specs but I don’t own a torque wrench. Is it really all that critical on a small engine or can I just use common sense as long as I tighten the head bolts in the correct pattern?
