Took our mini bike for a spin at the vintage car races last weekend. I was the only one there cruising the pits on a vintage bike. Got a lot of thumbs up. Especially when I gave it a bit too much throttle taking off and lifted the front wheel off the ground.
I'll get a video of the bike this...
I took some time off from riding around this past weekend to get some up close pictures. I'll get a video posted next.
This thing is really fun to ride. I think my next one will have some suspension as it's really tough to ride in the dirt.
Latest Update:
Got my parts back from powder coating last week and it took an hour and a half to put the bike back together and riding. I sucked up some rust from the tank and had to tear down the carb to clean it out. It's running now but the master link on the chain broke. I made the...

The frame had washers for the cables and the scrub brake spring. They were very thin so I used large lock washers and cut out about a fourth of it right at the split. These work better as they are thicker and wont scuff the cable housings.
It works!
Had to replace the starter clutch, put the chain on, put the seat on and away we go!
This thing is fast! I rode it around for a half hour. Notice the smile on my face. Now I know why they put springs on the suspension. Riding in the rough stuff rattles your teeth. I still have...
