Every time my wife sees me messing with the mini bikes I’m reminded of more important projects.
So today I set out to stain our fence with 5-minute fence stain. What a breeze. I stained almost 500 feet of fence in less than an hour. It looks great. The wife won’t be home for a couple of days...
I have one. It doesn’t have a lot of power but it does great with small bits and does OK with large bits (3/4” – 1”) if you go slowly. I have used it for drilling 1” holes in ¼” plate when I am making an exhaust header for a clone.
BTW, I never pay for a warranty at HF. They have always...
Yes, those are the wheels I am looking for if they will fit a 5/8" spindle (I don't want to weld on new spindles, my 5/8" spindles are set perfect). Where can I find them?
I need some wheels for a soap box derby car. I think they need to be hard tires, the bigger the better and fit a 5/8 spindle.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I have the same engine on one of my DBs. I didn’t use a jack shaft. Make sure when you attach the clutch, you put it on in what appears to be backwards. Otherwise, the engine will sit too far to the right.

I drilled and slotted the engine so that I could still adjust the chain. I have used more than one of cjtmini’s mounting kits (they work great for the clones). I wasn’t sure what bike the carburetor came off. Somebody else was guessing a Honda Trail 70.
