Wow I never thought about a grill cover. Anyone have a picture with one on their mini bike? How's the fit? They look like they might just be the ticket. The price is right too. I'm gonna buy one of the $12 ones from Home Depot and try it out. Thanks for the help guys!

I'd have to look through my stuff but probably have a throttle assembly somewhere I could sell if you can't find one. I also manufacture reproduction sprockets and sell sprocket & chain kits along with some carburetor stuff for MT1/KV75 too.

Your Kawasaki dealership isn't going to have anything for these old bikes. Fortunately everything you are needing can be found on eBay or through Vintage Kawasaki. The chances are you will need to rebuild your carb if it has been sitting for a long time.
