You are absolutely right it is a worksman mover industrial tricycle that I am restoring I rescued it it was about to be scrapped what I didn't realize when I rescued it was the back axle was bent so I bought a new axle and I'm slowly refurbishing the bike I actually want to make a tiny camper...
