    Rupp fans won’t likey. But I love restomodding mini bikes the way I like them to look and work. I used some silver flaked hi temp paint I think was by Plasitikote. I don’t have the can anymore. And I think the flag decals are way cooler.

    Skat kitty exhaust issue

    Get some 1/4" steel and make a flange and bore the opening a size you can tap. All you need is a sabre saw with a good blade and a drill motor.

    Do these jackshaft set ups work well?

    I wouldn't drill through the frame, but i would get some steel plates and weld them to the frame. The bottom of the plate to the top of the frame tubing. You'll need a longer shaft though.

    How about PVC tail pieces like yer picture, cut lengthwise to squeeze them to the OD you need.
