All done except for 3 seat snaps and a rear reflector brace coming tomorrow. Should have the motor back tomorrow also. Barring any setbacks, I should have it done and running Saturday with a day to spare. Maybe have the video of it on the street by Sat night.

Ok. Been awhile. Weather cooperating so got the bike painted and cleared. Buffed the tank and applied the decals. Pretty happy overall. Should have a roller later this week and my motor should be home any day. Got the last of the parts I needed from Jim at BW including the rear lift bar that he...

Tires mounted and wheels complete.. probly the most time consuming and tedious part of the build done... nothing like a pristine set of Rupp 28 spokers though...IMO of course lol. Now if we can just get a few 60 degree days so I can set up the spray booth in the shed.....

Just finished assembly on the original Betor shocks, complete with new body bushings from Black Widow. Amazing what steel wool did on the springs. Too nice to re-chrome.

Got the rear wheel laced and trued..the wheels are what cost the most on these Rupps, find a decent donor wheel for $100 if your lucky, chrome another $200, spokes, bearings $70 and nice tires $50-100. Not cheap but I love the chrome and feel that nice wheels really make the bike.
