thankyou! :) yeah its great the changeability!!! i sorta wanted a bike all along and just i setup the kart axle had an absolutely horrible turning radius!!!
Changed it to a bike and loving it!! jackshaft also setup now i just need a chain and accelerator and brake!
Also since the last update forks are done too! i also need a seat so not long to go!!
Thoughts?? Suggestions??
what should i plug the ends with then? i think ill just drill slots in a thick mount for the jackshaft so it can slide back and forth with bolts? nice bike by the way!
Just a view from the back, still need to cut off that end offcut. should i plug the holes at the end of the tube somehow or leave them as is? love the way it looks with the fat wheels right up against the frame, not touching the frame just as close as i can get them (just a mockup for now though...
yeah not much turnings going to be done haha i might even change it to the one kart tyre in the rear so a bike in the future, yeah i have decided to do cross bracing hopefully in the next few days, frames quite strong as it is but i wouldnt trust it!
Hey guys.
ive got a 12t clutch on the motor to a 13 on a jackshaft that spins a 17 back to a 54 on my rear wheels and from top to bottom wheels are around 10", how do i figure out my top speed from this?? highest rpm will be around 5500 ish
What it looks like so far, setting up a kart axle tomorrow and have a jackshaft in the mail now.
any suggestions on what i can do? welding gussets in tomorrow too maybe on the stresses welds
Hey guys, building a small drag bike/trike at the moment, ill post up photos of the build on its journey to being completed and would love to hear opinions/suggestions!
wait so i will need a basecoat for the metalcast paint but not the engine enamel? so engine enamel straight on and the basecoat and then metalcast on top?
so from what i understand, i dont need a primer, i spray on the paint ive shown you guys and it should hold up alright? and i can use a clear but i dont need to is that right?
