seems like if its just a rod nock replace the rods and crank not too expensive to fix and cheaper than replacing it but if its the mains then junk it

I would give max torque a call a couple of years back they built a few 2 speed setups for me to run with a Mac racing engine.

yeah I saw that but if you look at my frame I don't see any tool marks there to indicate it was removed?

if you look at my pictures you can see a strap of metal around where the tank would be with something cut off I would guess the mounting brackets but they don't look like yours do you remember anything like that

being blue I think vwfan had the bearcat but the same bike just a few different options
