does anyone have any 5 inch neck handlebars that my brother can use for his K&S Hornet or have any recommendations on where I can get any?

Does anybody know what size tire a Bird Engineering thunderbird uses? I've been looking for a while, but everything i check gives me different sizes. I'd provide a picture, but I don't have any. The closest I feel I've gotten to the size is a 2.5-12 tire (Hopefully I'm right).
