Here's my 1994 Chevy 350, 4 speed, 4.10 gears, 16" of rubber on the ground each side! Sounds nasty, but it ain't! Her name is Phaedra and at 7000 lbs. she doesn't pass many other vehicles!

Largest rear sprocket available for MiniBaja MB-165 ?

I used Gopower's 60 tooth on my MB165. Perfect fit, no problems. They also have an aluminum 72 tooth option. https://www.gopowersports.com/4-hole-mini-bike-sprocket/

Scored a Grizzly trail scooter today

Hey guys, it's been awhile! Got the Grizzly running after all these years and it's a blast. The strung spring Lycett seats on this scoot were toasted. The seat frames were broken, covering long gone. I ran into brand new knockoff replacements on eBay, bolted right on to the original...

    Introducing "Sasquatch"

Resurrecting a thread from nearly three years ago. I've been on a roll selling off a few mini's on Craigslist. Thought I'd sell off this one too. I hadn't even started it since I brought it home three years ago. I put in fresh gas, lubed the clutch bushing and chains and pulled the rope three...

we know you have them lets see you secret project

Here are a few shots of my "secret" project. I've been plugging away at my MB 165, it's getting a 10hp Tecumseh and just in case that's not enough power, a clone torque converter. :doah: I added some cool treaded AT19x7-8 Speedracer meats hoping to hook up with the ground sufficiently ...

    2002 Honda Metropolitan

Thanks for the compliments and recommendations everyone! Lil' "Cherry Pie" got sold to a wonderful young couple yesterday, the young lady will be using it to get to work. Now, I need to get back on my Grizzly project and/or buy another fixerupper.

    2002 Honda Metropolitan

Took her for a little cruise today and took a few pics. Being a woosy bike, I gave the pics a woosy background, too. :girl: Bob

    2002 Honda Metropolitan

Finally got her going, runs like a top! :scooter: Had to replace EVERYTHING upstream of the carb. Then the cheapo sealed battery I bought decided not to be sealed anymore and leaked acid. (battery lays on its side) Fortunately, I was working on the scoot when it started, caught it in time...

    2002 Honda Metropolitan

Gonna be a week or two before she's running. I pulled the gas tank out today, nasty stuff. Turns out someone had pried the locking gas cap off at one time, bent up the sealing surface of the tank and with the scoot parked outside, it filled up the gas tank with water and sat a couple...

    2002 Honda Metropolitan

Actually is was the the green color of regular anti-freeze that I grew up with. Really didn't LOOK too bad, but I'm sure it was due for changing.

    2002 Honda Metropolitan

Thanks guys  I spent several hours detailing it today. I took off the luggage racks and seat to make cleaning easier. The rear of the bike and seat had silver paint overspray all over. Lotsa elbowgrease was required to get it all off. The effort was well worth it, though...

    2002 Honda Metropolitan

Hey gang, Thought I'd show off my latest aquisition, a 2002 Honda Metro. Picked this up yesterday at a yard sale for $450. This lil' sweetheart has never been laid down and generally is in great condition. It has just under 800 miles of use and is currently suffering from the "I let...

    Rotax 247cc

Welcome Dunlop! So far, no further action on the bike build. Hopefully I'll get going on my projects again, soon. My garage has not been too user friendly the last few months! Also, I have a couple other projects to finish up first. I'm still hummin' and hawwin' about which...

Scored a Grizzly trail scooter today

Hmmm, I kinda like "Kitty soft paws!" Tim, best I can figure, YES, this was built here in Denver. I believe the company was Timbercycle of Denver. So far, I've dug up VERY little information on this company or scooter. I don't know if the engine date code (1966) accuratly...
