.453" is by far the most common. There is also .346" and .618". I have never run across a .346" but I have seen the .618" ones on farm equipment.

I had trouble with loose rivets in the aftermarket 20 & 30 drivens when they first came out a decade or so ago. One failed before I even made it completely out of the garage door. None lasted more than a month before failing. I think the rivets were too short and not bucked correctly.

Some early Nethercutt motorcycles had SA821 engines. The production MK2 models had 82007 engines. I recently purchased the prototype Nehtercutt MK0 and it has an 82001 serial number 1017. This bike was built before the SA821 engines were used. My vote is SA stands for Special Application.
