Correct. I got it back from the powder coat less the forks and handlebar. They coated them on the frame, and did so upside down so the grease from the forks ran down into the axel holes. They are redoing them. Once complete I'll post updated images.

Got the engine, and to my surprise the dimensions were listed wrong on the Ebay site. It is NOT 16" tall, but rather 16" wide. It is actually 19.5" tall, which will not work on this frame. So I've decided to keep the engine and build something around it. So the old Tecumseh will now go back in...
