I got it up to 50mph on GPS. I weigh about 50lbs more than the guy I bought it from. I'm 225 with gear on. I also ran out of room, only had maybe an 1/8th mile to run it. I am sure I could get another 5mph out of it and I do believe that it can go 60 with a lighter rider.

You think if I could talk him down to $400, that'd be a real nice price?

Low end seems great and top end is good too. I'm not sure what gives in the mid range, because I can get to about 15-20mph pretty quick then it flattens out till I hit 30 and the power seems to come back on. For $99 I might just drop a 212cc Predator in there.

I have the 3/4" PTO shaft on the 196cc and have a TAV TC in the box waiting for me to find time to install it.

Which is better out of the box? Going to build one or the other and can pick up the 212cc Hemi for $89.

Also is Ebay the way to go and I'll probably get the chinese kit but want to order a good belt as well as a spare belt to throw in an ammo box that Im going to mount with some tools so I'll have a small repair kit on the bike at all times.

Do I need to remover the clutch to measure that? Am I better off just selling the motor that it came with if its a smaller diameter and installing a predator?

Any ideas on the best way to drop the clutch and put a TC on these?
