From my research, Delteck/Deckson made in Taiwan, sold in America as ? Maybe a Scat Cat. The drum on this is the wheel, maybe someone ditched the drum itself?

Here are a couple pics. I think i have found the bearings but not sure how to remove and reinstall. For the brake, how do you measure for replacements? Wheel/tire size or across pads or? Thanks guys

1. I have found some bearing #s, are they press fit in the rims? 2.how do you determine what size brakes are on these things? Thank you all.
