Has anyone put a kick stand on a vintage Azusa, what did you use?

Looking for a way to get a bike from NY to New Mexico and they do not have Fastenal. I was hoping to drop ship it. I was thinking maybe Greyhound freight? I know someone here will have the best solution. Thanks Bob

Hello, looking for help identifying this mini bike. The handle bars are unique I've only seen one other with those. It's also small tire bike without a drop down bracket for the front fender. The sissy bar , chain guard and front Harley plate were added. Thanks
