attaching

I made three of these over the weekend for the CT200u. But haven't figured out how to attach it to the frame. Would just drilling and bolting to the frame significantly weaken the frame? Should I come up w/ an attachment mounting system using brackets, or? :confused: I think that 3...

ANy creative simple ways of attaching a generic (throttle) cable (wire... no ends) to an older Briggs and Stratton throttle arm?

I'm wondering if any of you Bonanza chopper owners out there can point me to the metal bands that are typically used to attach a cylindrical gas tank to the hanger on a Bonanza chopper frame? -j

How are you guys attaching seats to the frame or seat brackets if there aren't any mounting holes in the seat itself ? Do you mark the holes on the wood and pull the cover and foam to install the flush mounted nuts? Just getting ideas...

Can anyone give me a quick lesson in how I'm supposed to attach the throttle on my DB30 after swapping out the engine? I bought the 6.5hp Lifan and I'm trying to get it up and running today. Thank you:scooter: Jeff
