Looking for this “TrailHorse” clutch brake See attached pic

im getting sick of my azusa drum brake on my tote goat. It does not work for S#$t so i am going to install a clutch band brake instead. my clutch is apparently 4-1/16" in diameter. I am wondering if would use a 4" band brake or 4.5" ?

Using the search feature led me to some old threads and not much encouragement, but I suppose it's worth asking again. Has anyone devised a practical way to attach a band brake anchor on a smooth-case Briggs?

I have a Comet brake drum and band for a 1" axle. Both pieces are brand new. $45 shipped lower 48 only. PayPal or interesting trades. I like beef jerky too! I also have a super dooper fancy adapter that will allow this piece to adapt to a 5/8" shaft. Add $20 to the price if you need that too...
