Re produced a few of these in black or unpigmented (so they could be painted with lacquer or acrylic) at least two layers of fiberglass cloth throughout, more layers around the mounting holes. They aren't perfect show quality but if you want to do some sanding and painting they could be close...

For sale is a nice original clutch/chain cover for a Taco 44, 66 or other model with a jackshaft. Some where in its life it was chrome plated. There are no chips or peeling but the chrome is old and would look good on a nice driver but it is not show quality. But it is an original Taco cover...
