fabbing

hey guys i want to make a custom header for my 6.5 clone, and i want to make it a 2 stage header. but how do you make the step up part of the header into the next "stage" ? im also getting a slip roll for my b-day. its a small 12" one so i can also fab up some custom gas tanks too
