grip

Hi All, I installed my throttle twist grip on my mini bike. The cable on my twist grip pops out of the assembly tensioner when I throttle back or turn forward. I have a tensioner on the engine. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? pic of throttle assembly off the handlebars.? Thanks Rap213

looking to see if any one has a used Twist Grip Throttle Assembly wit a cable for sale ?

The grip on my throttle wants to rotate, I have tried GOOP, weatherstrip adhesive. Anybody got the same problem? How did you fix it? When you re-grip golf clubs, it comes with a water activated adhesive tape, would this work?

So the minibike i bought has a grip that it stuck on it is really tight i tried using hairspray to get it out but wont work. Any ideas on how to take it off?

Is the brake grip on the DB glued or fastened by a hidden set screw? I've searched for answers and can't find any. I'm trying to paint the front end and want to remove the brake lever, but I can't unless I remove the grip. I guess I'm going to have to use as my mom would say "elbow grease" to...

I was wondering if anyone knows where to find throttle controls that are original or look original. You know what I am talking about, the white hard plastic kind. I really don't like the black dirt bike looking ones. They don't fit the look of my bike.

Dumb question of the day. And yes, as you can guess, this is my first mini experience. How the HECK do i get the dummy grip off the handle bars??? It seems like its not coming off without some sort of sorcery. Do i just cut the sucker off, or is there a trick?

Hi guys .. im working on my first ever mini bike build. Im restoring an old B&S and have a simple twist grip question . I bought a throttle cable ( bicycle cable) and put the one end in the twist grip but there is nothing to screw into the grip itself , so the cable housing just moves freely...

does anyone knows where i can get a twist grip and brake levers for one inch bars ??? i spent a half hour looking and found nothing.

Okay, got my linkage set up on the engine, got my cable, got my new twist grip throttle, but now I have a new issue... the the cable does not stay put on the twist throttle end. Anybody know how to keep the cable housing in place on the throttle assembly, as this is my current problem and why...
