Have had no luck finding a Sears Clutch Guard. So I decided to try to make one. Made a pattern and came up with this. It is crude and homemade, but I will install on bike till I find an original. If anybody wants the pattern, I can fold up and send to you.

Been holding on to this for a while. Mounting bracket is original, clutch cover is a re-pop, as is the sticker. Never had the cover mounted to an engine since I got it. I ended up putting a TAV2 on the Harrison I had. Asking $60 shipped, lower 48 states.

A new part I have been working on with some help from our local Bayareaburrito we have made a nice Guard for the West Bend 510 580 700 formed from the original tin one now the non existant will be available soon :thumbsup: shown is a polished part next to a out of mold part with the gates on it...

Some members have asked about the chain-guards I have on these mini bikes I built so here it is: I couldn't find a chain-guard I liked so I purchased a blank one from jim.calcagno@gmail.com and he has really high quality castings, USA of course. Then I slid the clutch on, slipped the chain-guard...
