Here is another project I've added to my list. At least I think I want to fix it. It is pretty rough. No engine, rusted, broken frame, etc. Can anyone identify it?

Picked this up a few weeks ago. It sure has some Go Kart Manufacturing tendencies to it. Check out the crazy brake system! Any ideas?

So Ive had this kart for a while, got it for $125 needing carb work and a clutch. I put a Honda gx200 on it... It has Kenny Jr. on the floorpan. It had a B&S 5hp on it. I know this is a minibike place, but who knows, somebody might know something. Thanks!
