Hello everyone. I recently blew the original engine on my Baja warrior. I removed the flywheel, lighting coils and ignition coils. I want to know if the flywheel from the old engine will work on the new one. The current engine I am using is a power fist 212cc, and it appears to be similar to a...

I think I already know the answer to this, but I just want it confirmed. Will led lights work with AC ? I know Tec lighting coils put out AC instead of DC.

Hey! I'm new to this forum and have recently built a go kart over this past summer. Its an old Manco frame with generic HF wheels and a Harbor Freight Predator 6.5 hp 212cc engine. I currently live in New Hampshire and was wondering if it was possible to make this cart street legal, by...
I saw some post saying the forks are not strong enough to handle a front break, and the would need to be upgraded. Where could some one find An upgraded version of the forks for a baja warrior? One more thing I'm looking for a way to run lights (head light high, low beam; running lights, led)...

I have been doing some research on mini bikes and found your site. I grew up with mini bikes my first was a LIL Indian. I had a blast with that bike. Living and working in the country lead me to saving up and buying a new DMP Trail Champ from the factory at Dehi. Front back disc brakes, torque...
Hi there fellow bikers. A while ago I bought a charging system for my Honda clone engine to run lights. The problem was the coils only had one wire, so I bought a Briggs regulator, with two wires, red and yellow. With it, I only got about 7 volts at idle, and I had AC voltage going through the...
I've written about Cree LED bike lights in other threads and I have fairly glowered over their brightness and decent battery life for small r/c nicads, and they totally solve the night lighting issue for minibikes with clones without lighting coils. The stock mounting "hardware", if you can call...
OK, I need about 10-12 amps to run lighting on a fat tire hunting two wheeler. Honda QX200 motor has an aftermarket aluminum flywheel and can turn 6000 RPMs.
So any suggestions on a magneto alternator and regulator combination?
Okay yeah so I have a predator 212 swapped FOX from the 70's and I want a headlamp and tail lamp. Question is, do I have a lighted coil? If not can I get one easily and is installation excessive? - Cole
I got a few taillights in a deal (3) they are the metal housing genuine PMCO taillights with PMCO lenses and NOS they are 2 generations back of this light. the stampings are deep and defined. They do not have the the tag light though so for a bike such as a rupp might not be the best choice but...
