can any of you doodlebug owners give me a frame measurement of the width between the fork tubes and rear frame tubes. iv got an idea of a bike i want to build and i want to figure if i should start doodlebug or start from scratch. thanks in advance.

Can you please take a measurement and let me know your wheel width where the bead sits and verify the diameter of the tire? My wheel when measured from the center like this ... Comes out to about 4" .... x2 = approx 8" wide wheel. What is the width and I wonder if this is the stock...

I don't have a Heald (yet) but I bought an original 64 page owners manual for all model bikes and trykes. Would anyone be interested in a copy if I scan the entire manual? :shrug:

about to reassemble my 70 roadster (build is in the projects section), was wondering if there was a place to find out the torque values on some of the more important hardware like axle, fork, bolts, also what is the recommended lube for the driven shaft? I'm guessing just a drop of 30w oil on...
