Here We go again, this winters project.....

I got this two-seater a few weeks ago. I've broken everything down to the smallest piece, and ordered most of the parts I'll need. Welding repairs have been made. Now I need a Go Power rear 6" wheel to round things out before prepping, painting and reassembly.

Not sure how long this will take me, but I'm going to give it a try. It just seems like this motor plate needs to be fixed. How ? (cut it out fill in in ) I do have a HF welder, but do not have it mastered.
