I recently purchased a HF blue clone for 79.99 plus tax (20% off coupon):thumbsup:. two questions though, (1) everytime is start it i have to full choke it, whether it's warm or cold. is this because the carburator is set up too lean? (2) when the engine is running full throttle, it surges...

Im getting ready to hop up my GX200, plan on going up to around 11.5:1, is that going to be a pain in the a** to use the pull starter? I plan on using a NR racings 252-0207cam do they retain the compression release? Any advice appriciated. Thanks, Pete

Okay...I just bought a Honda Clone 6.5hp OHV from Princess Auto, I put the motor on my bike, it runs, but it doesn't start right. As far as I can see it isn't getting enough gas when I have it idling to warm up. Anybody know what I should do/fix/check/adjust? :shrug:

ok got a gx200 clone, flat top piston, arc stock length rod, .010 head gasket, 14cc head w/ stock valves and ported, agk mini bike stepped header, and 24 mm flat slide mikuni carb. i want to convert to alcohol and need a good starting point for jetting.
