valves

My 18hp intec valves won't stay adjusted. It will run good for one or two runs then the thing won't crank. I adjust the valves and it will do fine. What can I do to keep them from coming loose? Locktight?

How do you remove the valves fron a Briggs flat head ? I'm trying to do a rebuild on my old 5hp
