100 Foot Illegal Minibike Drags Sun Nov 15th @ 11am, Racing at High Noon

#1
Hello all,

We have decided to have one last race before the season ends. This Sunday, the 15th, same place, same time, same rules, same everything. This is weather permitting, as we all know how quickly the weather can turn.

Again we stress that everyone is welcome, including any Leadfoot or Creeps members who want to have some minibike fun.
Anyone with a minibike that runs and has brakes is welcome to attend the event. Even if you think your bike is slow, don't worry I'm sure there will be somebody slower lol.

It's always a good time so I look forward to seeing you there!

BTW for those that didn't make it last time, the address is:

116 Production Rd, Walpole, MA 02081

Again show respect to area businesses please. Thank you.
Rules are in the other thread but can be explained on race day. 100ft, arm drop, elimination, no track prep, etc.
Any questions feel free to ask.

Thank You!

How accurate were the time slips from leadfoot race last Oct. Mine was a flat 3 sec.at 25mph
I'm not sure on accuracy but I think my Dad ran a 2.6 that day.

I time my Dad when we are tuning his bike and he has run 2.2-2.1 a couple times in practice. Pretty close but not quite 2 seconds.
I was running 2.65 on the Sunday Nov 1st race.

Using the BMI kart speed calculator, I was running 45 MPH too but I don't believe that lol.

Gear Ratio Speed Calculator (MPH) | Go Kart Parts | Racing Karts | Engines | Frames | Tires | Tips | Kits | Torque

I'm looking forward to a good turnout Sunday, weather is supposed to cooperate.
Anyone know if any Leadfoot or Creeps guys are showing up? Helger Bros?

Massacre I'd say that sounds right. I went on there and calculated my gear ratio witch was 8.833. I had to use a jackshaft calculator to get a 2 gear ratio instead of my 4 gears. So 12 tooth clutch and 106 tooth axle is 8.833 ratio. Says at 11k rpm. 40.7 mph. Their radar gun said I did 37mph that day.
