Correct. It happened to a guy I know. He sold a motorcycle he rebuilt, the buyer got hurt and blamed the seller. Buyer won in court and my friend lost a lot.

I tell people on CL when they come to buy no test rides. A couple guys got mad and called me a bunch of nasty names. I simply texted back sorry the bike is no longer for sale to you. Lol.

I finally decided to get this bike running. Fired up after a few pulls and rode around for about 10 minutes.
