1969? Rupp Special/Banchi/C-250?

Hey all, I just picked up this Rupp, with original tank and seat, but I can't find a specific model that fits it. So far I've seen multiple different bikes with the same frame and tank design, like the C-250, Special, and Banchi, but all of those seem to have either a rear disk or rear drum, but none with this frame and the rear scrub brake which was stock on some other models. Frame ID is 51701. I'd say its somewhere between a 1968 and 1970

1968 C-250, someone added the scrub brake. It still has the rear disc brake sprocket on it.

It looks like you still have the folding foot peg mounts still on the frame. The front foot peg bar was also added as it is longer than the cub or chopper length bar and the stock foot peg would have interfered with the scrub brake they added.

Thanks all, I had forgotten that there were still mounts for the foot pegs on the frame. I was hoping it was a '69 as that's the same year as my van but 68 is close enough!
